8.4 PROCESSING OF ORDERS – PRICE POLICY
The listed prices of the goods are final (including VAT). kpstudio.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to the customer. Regardless of price fluctuations, the customer always pays at the time of receipt of the goods, the price that was agreed upon at the time of finalizing the order.
8.5 IMPLEMENTATION OF ORDERS
The implementation of orders for physical products/merchandise is completed within 1-6 business days from the day the order enters “PROCESSING” status. In special categories of products this time may be longer, then this will be indicated in the product description or the customer will be informed accordingly.
8.6 ORDERS INCLUDING PRINTING
All product orders that include the printing of customer photos, in any format and material, are paid for first and then go into “PROCESSING” status and are sent for production. An order that has not been paid after five (5) working days, from the date of its submission, will be automatically canceled by kpstudio.gr
8.7 ORDERS INCLUDING THE DIGITIZATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEO TAPES
All orders that include the digitization (conversion into digital files) of the customer’s photos or video tapes (VHS, Hi8, etc.) will be paid for first and then the digital files will be delivered.
8.8 LICENSE TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VISUAL MATERIAL
A customer who sends a photo or any other visual material for printing or processing declares that he is the creator of the photo or visual material, in which case he also owns the copyright for their use or, under his sole responsibility, has permission to print and edit the photograph or visual material by the copyright holder.
9. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit card
The online store of www.kpstudio.gr cooperates with the Viva Wallet company and through it the credit/debit card payment service is completed. All credit/debit cards such as Maestro, Mastercard, Visa American Express, Diners are accepted.

All payments made using a card are processed through Viva Wallet’s electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). 10. SENDING ORDERS
Orders are shipped to Greece by the customer’s choice, in one of the following ways:
a. With Courier Center, the delivery time for major urban centers is the next working day and for hard-to-reach areas, it ranges from 2-4 working days, depending on the destination of the package.
b. By Ordinary Post (EL.TA.) as a trackable letter or a trackable domestic parcel. Delivery time usually ranges from 1-6 working days, depending on the destination of the parcel. Depending on the size and dimensions of the package, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.
The cost is calculated at checkout before paying for the order.
For sending orders abroad, the Hellenic Post Office (EL.TA.) is used and the cost is determined after consultation.
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, pandemic) there is an impossibility of delivering the goods within the predetermined time, kpstudio.gr will contact the customer as soon as possible, in order for the latter to state whether he wishes the completing his order late.

Any dispute between users and kpstudio.gr is agreed to be governed by Greek Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Larissa.
